Fees
The fees proposed by the Firm are evaluated according to Article 10 of Law No. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971. The fees for consulting, assistance, advice, drafting of legal acts under private signature and arguments are set in agreement with the client. Failing agreement between lawyer and client, the fee is set according to use, depending on the financial position of the client, the difficulty of the case, expenses incurred by the lawyer, his reputation and diligence.
- Prior agreement with the client.
- The fees vary according to the difficulty of the case and the quality of the person in charge. They range from 200 to 500 Euros by hour, if the client and the lawyers have not concluded a particular agreement
- It is possible to negotiate a package deal, particularly for permanent advice to companies.
